Privacy
This site has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no mailing list. Here is what little data a visit involves, and who else sees it when you follow a partner link.
Nutrient Notebook is a set of static pages. There are no accounts to create, no forms to fill in and no newsletter, so we do not ask for your name, email or health information anywhere on the site.
What a visit records
The direct answer: the server that delivers these pages keeps standard technical logs, and that is all.
Like any web server, ours records requests: the page asked for, the time, the browser's user-agent and the IP address that asked. We use these logs to keep the site running and to spot abuse, and we do not use them to build profiles of readers. We do not run advertising trackers on these pages.
Partner links
The direct answer: when you follow a link that starts with /go/, you leave this site, and the seller's own privacy policy applies from then on.
Our affiliate links pass through a short redirect on our server and then send you to the seller's site, which may set its own cookies so it can tell that you arrived from us. What the seller collects is governed by the seller's privacy policy, not ours. Our affiliate disclosure lists the programmes we use.
If you email us
If you write to [email protected], we keep your message only as long as we need it to reply or to make a correction, and we do not add your address to any list. Please do not send us medical records or test results; we are not clinicians and cannot use them.
